Every moon is painstakingly created using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology and NASA satellite images accurately reproducing every detail of the surface and craters of the moon. The printing process takes well over 24 hours to complete and careful attention is taken to make sure your message, image, or both will be printed into the surface of the moon forever.
Photos, messages, quotes, cartoon characters, just about anything can be customized onto the surface of the moon. If you aren't sure what you want is possible, please contact me and I'll let you know what can be done.
The 3D moon runs off easily rechargeable batteries and can be charged using the included USB cable. More information about this is below.
When supplying a photo it needs to be a decent file size (about 1Meg) in JPG or PNG. Smaller image sizes will come out very unclear on the surface of the moon. If you need any help, I'll work with you until you are 100% happy.
I make a customized design just for you to be incorporated into the 3D moon, so I cannot support the cancellation of orders once the moon is created. Remember, I will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your design before I make the moon, so make sure everything is correct (even the spelling because even I make mistakes).
I will help you create your unique message until you are 100% happy. To help, when you send a message with your order you can include black and white images, handwriting samples (I can even use something you have written), mottos, quotes, or anything else that will fit on the moon. The exact font size and design layout will depend on the amount of text and graphics you want to put on the moon. You can see examples of what is possible in the images. How to Order
1. Add your selected item to your cart.
2. Please provide all the details about what you would like to have on the surface of the moon in the Personalization Box near the Add To Cart button.
3. Before submitting the order, double-check all your details for the design on the moon and also ensure your shipping address is correct. It is MOST IMPORTANT you double-check the names, dates and other information you submit. I do not accept returns, as it is a custom one of a kind product; unless of course the error was made by me, in that case, I would send a replacement as soon as possible.
- Processing Time: Normally 5-9 Business Days
- Shipping Time (Expedited): Normally 3-10 Business Days
- Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Expedited)
- Processing Time: The estimated time it takes to process your order.
- Shipping Time (Expedited): The estimated time it takes to deliver your order, when you choose expedited shipping method.
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirements. Before the return, please don’t remove the tag and keep it in new or unused condition as the original.
Customized Product:
STYLE, SIZE, AND PHOTO CHANGES
If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMS
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us by filling out our contact form with your order number, and include a picture of your item explaining the issue, our customer support will be able to assist you, to reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.
Please note: Return and exchange your items within fourteen days after receiving your order. Whatever size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected by you and sent out to you, smallgiftshops is not responsible for replacing these items.
PRODUCT IMAGE DISCLAIMER
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a 30% customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back. But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee per item.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
Exchange & Return
Our personalized item cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for return.
Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

Non-customized Products:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.
The products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please email service@smallgiftshops.com before the return, we'll provide you our return address. We do not accept the return package without informing.
Please send the product along with the product list which includes Order Number, Product SKU. Return Tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
If the return applied, we will reply to you within 1-2 business days.
We will refund your money to your original payment account within 7-10 business days after your return package is received and confirmed. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Regarding the shipping costs for returns:
The shipping cost incurred by the return will be borne by the customer (not including serious defects of the product)
