How to cancel the order before payment
We will process the order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, customers can just leave it there. It will automatically be CLOSED 24 hours later.
Can I withdraw an order after payment
Cancel paid order within 24 hours: Customer can cancel the order in the user account directly or email us to cancel it. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours after the payment.
Cancel paid order after 24 hours: Please contact us directly. If an order is not shipped, we offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped. (The cancellation fee does not include the shipping fee.)
If I place a repeat order, can I cancel one
Please contact our customer service team at service@smallgiftshops.com before your items being delivered, so that we can cancel one and resolve your problems as soon as possible.
Can I change items after payment
Please contact our customer service team, we can change the items within 24 hours after the payment for free.
Can I change the address after payment
Please contact our customer service team, we can change the shipping address before it is shipped. After that, we are unable to modify it anymore.
